AI training for business leaders: mastering AI to run a company in 2026

AI training for business leaders, a director working with AI

In 2026, a company director who does not master artificial intelligence is taking a serious strategic risk. Not because AI is going to replace directors, but because directors who master AI consistently outperform those who do not. It is the difference between running a company with a full dashboard and sailing by sight.

Yet most AI training available today is not built for company directors. It targets developers, data scientists or technical profiles. The head of a mid-sized business is left with a binary choice: ignore AI, or fumble alone with ChatGPT and hope it works.

That is exactly the problem we solve at AS3P with our TNT training (The Next Takers).

Why AI training built specifically for company directors?

A company director does not have the same needs as a developer. They are not trying to write a deep learning model. They are trying to:

  • Save time on repetitive work: writing emails, preparing meetings, going through documents, drafting proposals
  • Make better decisions by using their own data faster
  • Understand what AI can and cannot do, to avoid pointless investment
  • Protect the company by understanding the risks around data confidentiality
  • Stay ahead of competitors who are already using these tools

Training for company directors worth the name answers those concrete needs; it does not teach the theory of neural networks.

What is wrong with AI training today

The AI training market is saturated with offers that do not suit directors. There are 40-hour MOOCs teaching Python to CEOs who have never written a line of code. Forty-five-minute webinars that skim ChatGPT without ever getting past the first prompt. Certifications costing thousands for a LinkedIn badge that changes nothing about daily productivity.

The result? 63% of Walloon companies still think AI is not for them. Not because AI is useless, but because nobody has shown them how to use it in their own line of work.

When a director tries ChatGPT alone, they get generic answers, lose time rewording prompts, and end up concluding that "AI is not for us". The tool is not the problem. The problem is that nobody ever taught them to use it properly.

The AS3P approach: training by and for directors

Jean-Marc André, founder of AS3P, trained more than 100 company directors in the room before offering this course online. Every session has been refined, tested and validated by real directors, across varied lines of business: industry, services, professional practices, retail.

Our training for company directors rests on three principles:

1. The multi-provider approach

There is no "best AI". ChatGPT excels at processing structured data. Claude is better for long-form writing and document analysis. Gemini shines at web research and integration with Google Workspace. NotebookLM is unbeatable for summarising a body of documents.

A properly trained director knows which tool fits which task. They do not depend on a single vendor. They choose by need, not by marketing.

2. Practice from the start

No abstract theory. From the first session, participants work on their own use cases: drafting a client email with Claude, analysing a financial report with ChatGPT, structuring a knowledge base with NotebookLM, building an AI assistant tailored to their trade.

Every skill acquired is usable at the office the next morning.

3. The C.A.R.T.E.L framework

The core skill in AI is prompting: the ability to frame precise requests that produce usable results. Our C.A.R.T.E.L framework gives every exchange a structure:

  • Context: situate your request
  • Audience: say who it is for
  • Role: assign the AI a role
  • Task: define the objective
  • Example: show what you expect
  • Layout: specify the output format

A well-built prompt gets the right result in 500 tokens. A vague one burns 50,000 for a mediocre result. The difference between a director who uses AI and a director who masters it sits exactly there.

The programme: five evenings to become operational

Our Master Class "Dompteur d'IA" runs over five evenings of ninety minutes: two evenings of shared ground that install the method and the capacity to decide, then three evenings of depth, one per major ecosystem. Every evening produces something you take away.

Evening 1, shared ground: understanding AI and speaking its language

How a language model actually works, without the mathematics. Hallucinations, context window, bias in the data: your grid for judging an answer before you use it. The CARTEL method, a common grammar in six dimensions, built live on a task you bring yourself. It works identically in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and carries the four evenings that follow.

Evening 2, shared ground: choosing your AI and steering your stack

The map of the ecosystem, the six major AI systems and their real strengths, with no sales talk. A live test bench with Mammouth: the same CARTEL prompt sent to three engines, results compared, a reasoned choice. You leave with a multi-provider decision grid and the real monthly budget of your toolkit, costed line by line.

Evening 3, depth: Gemini advanced

Gems, specialised Gemini assistants inside your workspace. Gemini Notebook, formerly NotebookLM: assembling a corpus, questioning it, getting answers that rest on cited sources. The decisive pairing, a Gem connected to a notebook, then automation without code. And confidentiality: what never goes into a notebook.

Evening 4, depth: ChatGPT advanced

Building a custom GPT aligned with your trade, then securing it. Scheduling recurring tasks that run without you. Agent mode: handing over a multi-step objective, following the execution, approving before any consequential action. Chaining GPTs, projects, memory and connectors into a single flow, from need to deliverable.

Evening 5, depth: Claude advanced

Projects and Artifacts: persistent memory per case file, and deliverables produced in the session itself. The daily moves: clearing your inbox, preparing a meeting, digesting a forty-page report. Cowork: describe, plan, execute, verify. A complete flow from the browser to the office suite, with no copy and paste.

Results measured by our participants

The figures come from feedback by our past participants:

  • 7 to 20 hours saved per week: the equivalent of an extra employee with no payroll costs
  • 8 hours a week saved on writing and reports (participant account)
  • Meeting preparation time halved
  • 30% increase in overall productivity
  • Publishing twice as fast at constant quality

Jennifer Grégoire, CEO, says: "My whole life has changed. I gained confidence, time, assurance and credibility."

Who is this training for?

Our training for company directors addresses every leadership profile:

  • Heads of mid-sized businesses who want to understand and use AI without depending on a supplier
  • Managing partners of professional practices (lawyers, notaries, accountants, architects)
  • Directors and managers who have to train their own teams
  • Independents and consultants who want to multiply their productivity
  • Regulated professions handling sensitive data and therefore needing a sovereign approach

No technical prerequisite. If you can use a web browser and email, you have the level required.

Price and terms

  • Price: €550 per participant, excluding VAT, for the groups we run ourselves. Our partners set their own price in their own market
  • Languages: the French and English groups are running. Dutch groups start once there are enough participants. German follows with a partner
  • Format: five live evening sessions by video, ninety minutes each, replay within 24 hours
  • Included: replays for life, the Circle community "Cercle des Dompteurs", 5 ready-to-use GPTs, a Prompt Cheat Sheet in PDF, weekly Q&A support for 1 year, a private 30-minute video call
  • Partners: if you want to deliver this programme in your own market, we train and certify you

And then? The full path

The Master Class "Dompteur d'IA" is the first level of a five-step path:

  • Level 1, Dompteur d'IA: mastering the tools and prompting (this course)
  • Level 2, Chevalier des Agents: automation with n8n and AI agents
  • Level 3, Mage Agentic: building bespoke AI solutions
  • Level 4, Gardien des IA: running local AI infrastructure
  • Level 5, Chaman des IA: full technological sovereignty with BrainDup

Each level builds on the previous one. A director who finishes level 1 has already transformed their daily productivity. Those who go on to levels 2 and 3 build a lasting competitive advantage.

The difference between using AI and mastering AI

Using AI means typing a question into ChatGPT and hoping for a good result. Mastering AI means knowing which tool to use, how to frame the request, how to check the result and how to fit it into the daily workflow.

A director who masters AI stops losing time. They no longer depend on a single tool. They protect their data. They understand what their teams are doing with AI. They make informed decisions about technology investment.

That is exactly what our training for company directors gives you in five evenings.
