You do not need to be an AI specialist to sell AI. You need to know your clients and be able to deliver. The platform, the method and the material come from us.
Deploy BrainDup
Sovereign AI, on premises
For you if:
you run an IT company or a managed service practice, and your clients hold sensitive data: law firms, notaries, medical practices, mid-sized firms with proprietary knowledge.
What you do:
you install and look after the BrainDup appliance at the client's site. We supply the platform, the updates and second-line engineering support.
Your margin:
on the installation and on the maintenance contract. Recurring revenue you own, not a cloud subscription you resell.
Deliver the training
Master Class and TNT
For you if:
you already train or consult, and your clients keep asking about AI while you have no programme to offer them.
What you do:
you deliver the Master Class in your own market. The run sheet, exercises, cheat sheets and five levels already exist, in French, as does the certification.
Your margin:
you set your own price. For reference, the full programme sells at €550 per participant in Belgium.
Run projects together
AI Nursery
For you if:
you hold the client relationship and want to win the work, but would rather hand the technical build to someone else.
What you do:
you sell and steer, we build: n8n workflows, RAG systems, agents. Under your name or alongside you, as you prefer.
Your margin:
on every project. A workflow starts at €1,500, a sector-specific RAG system lands around €15,000.
The fourth route: certified subcontractor
No client base of your own yet? You do not have to wait. You go through our training, in French, you get certified, and you then work as a subcontractor on our projects.
We bring the work, you deliver it under our certification. That way you build experience and references before selling on your own account. Many partners start here and move to their own client base within a year.

AS3P was founded by Jean-Marc André, an engineer, with more than 100 AI projects delivered. BrainDup runs in production today: a local AI that answers while citing its sources, without a single document leaving the building.
