- Direct: surname, first name, email, messages, forms
- Automatic: IP address, browser, operating system, pages viewed
- Technical: cookies, connection logs, session identifiers
3. Purposes and legal bases
Running the site (legitimate interest), user accounts (contract), moderation (legitimate interest), security (legal obligation), spam (legitimate interest), analytics (consent).
4. Artificial intelligence
AI systems are used for spam detection, moderation, writing assistance and analytics. These systems take no decisions producing legal effects.
5. Cookies
- Necessary (2 weeks): authentication, session, security
- Functional (1 year): user preferences
- Analytics: audience measurement (consent required)
6. Retention
Comments: unlimited. Accounts: for the life of the account. Logs: 12 months. Cookies: 13 months maximum.
7. Sharing of data
We sell no personal data and pass none on for commercial purposes. The only recipients are our technical processors, listed below, and the authorities where the law requires it.

8. Transfers outside the EU
Data submitted through the contact and registration forms is hosted in the European Union and is not transferred outside the EU.
Some third-party services listed under point 7 (audience measurement, appointment booking, video hosting, Master Class forms) are established in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and on the safeguards of article 46 GDPR.

HTTPS encryption, access control, logging, backups.
